Civil War Exposition and Living History Show

Help your students bring the Civil War era alive with Steve and Alison Gipson as they present the causes, conflicting policies, and aftermath of the War Between the States in an unforgettable two-person performance that is both entertaining and educational.  The drama comes to life through authentic Civil War costumes, artifacts and dialogue.  This program is most appropriate for grades 5 and 8 or for any American History class.  The program meets TN Curriculum Standards History 5.5.01 and 8.5.18.

The show is here for one day only, February 8, 2011
Cost: $4 per student (free and reduced lunch students’ fees waived), one free chaperone per 8 students, all other chaperones $4.

Show times:
9AM, 1o:45AM, and 12:30PM
the show runs approximately an hour and 15 minutes.
